Our Story...

Once upon a time, a happy couple fell in love...with a Cavalier.

Several years ago, we went looking for the perfect dog to add to our family. It was time. We are blessed to own a ladies' clothing & gift boutique called Krista Anne's Boutique and wanted a dog that could go to work with us every day and be a part of our family. At first, we thought about a Frenchie, but soon decided that that probably wouldn't be the best fit for the store after learning about their potential flatulence issues-Ha! Then we discovered the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. When we saw a picture of Rowan as a newborn, it was love at first sight! Rowan has become the joy of our lives -and of countless others. He just loves our customers -and they love him right back! I can't begin to count the number of people who have come in just to see "the puppy in the window." He loves it all -and we love him! Rowan is a stunning Ruby with white markings which makes him very unique. He is the perfect size at just under 18 lbs. and has a beautiful, silky red coat. (We've even had people chase us down after seeing him in the car window to ask us how they could get a Cavalier like him!) He truly is stunning, and we are proud to pass on his beauty and charm through his puppies. We started looking high and low for the perfect lady to match with Rowan and found our gorgeous little princess: Scarlett Rose. She is a gem, coming from some amazing bloodlines. Together, they have brought us so much love and joy!

Rowan's registered name is: "Aslan Is on the Move"

Aslan is the lion who represents God in C.S. Lewis' books: "The Chronicles of Narnia." In the first book "The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe," wherever Aslan goes, new life suddenly appears where there was once cold and death. God used this little dog to breath His Life into our lives in a time that felt broken and dead, and his name is a continual reminder to us of God's goodness.
